The AIG Live Conference, organized by the ASIAN HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION, is committed to providing a positive experience for all attendees. We have a liberal cancellation and refund policy to accommodate your needs. Please review the policy details below:

  1. Cancellation of Registration
    General Policy: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the registration. If your registration has already been processed or communicated to our vendors, and shipping or delivery preparations have begun, your cancellation request may not be entertained.
  • Non-Cancellable Registrations: Registrations for certain items or services, such as those related to perishable goods or personalized conference materials, cannot be cancelled.
  1. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
    Report Issues: If you receive damaged or defective items related to the conference (e.g., conference kits), please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 15 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed once our team or the merchant has verified the issue.

    Product Issues: If the items received do not match what was shown on our website or do not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving the items. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

    Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method.
